隨著施工行業(yè)對(duì)工程施工效率、對(duì)環(huán)保要求越發(fā)嚴(yán)格而導(dǎo)致市場(chǎng)需求旺盛(尤其是對(duì)混凝土施工方面)工程施工市場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)了許多新設(shè)備,這些設(shè)備又要大量人力投入)柱塞泵的工作原理:首先泵車(chē)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前必須將液壓油加注至規(guī)定溫度。
但液壓油是流動(dòng)性的,當(dāng)液壓油溫度高于40℃時(shí)就會(huì)變質(zhì)在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行前需要更換液壓油液壓油在液壓系統(tǒng)中起著泵送液體和輸送液體目的作用柱塞泵在整個(gè)使用過(guò)程中要注意操作方法,只有正確操作才能保證它正常的工作 為了方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)排量,通常都采用自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)缸行程和缸壓的方法。
而泵的手動(dòng)排量控制則采用了對(duì)缸行程和缸壓的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)方法其目的是防止泵在運(yùn)行中發(fā)生沖擊和振動(dòng),以降低設(shè)備摩擦磨損和發(fā)熱損壞零件柱塞泵操作時(shí)可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)缸行程來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)缸內(nèi)容積,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)輸出軸排量的目的。
具體操作是:先把每個(gè)缸的缸壓調(diào)到小的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)排量:即:每只小缸的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)排量=該缸排量×缸壓×排量;然后把所需的流量乘以缸壓使缸壓力由低到高,直至達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)值為下限同時(shí)還需要注意觀察缸內(nèi)工作壓力是否與所設(shè)定的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)流量一致。
這樣就能知道自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)缸閥的行程或缸壓有多大了在進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)流量時(shí)一定要做到“少排量,多調(diào)節(jié)”才能達(dá)到自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)流量的目的另外,還有一種自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)缸壓的方法:即當(dāng)缸壓過(guò)大時(shí)應(yīng)適當(dāng)?shù)卦龃蟾讐?,以使壓差在小限度?nèi);但若缸壓過(guò)小,則自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥易損壞零部件而無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)調(diào)速。
